In 2013, Laura completed the Canadian dietetic registration exam and worked as a Registered Dietitian in Toronto, Ontario. Laura practiced in the medicine wards at St Michael’s Hospital, Toronto and Mt Sinai Hospital, Toronto. Sinai Hospital, she developed a special interest in counselling clients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), functional gut disorders and nutrition after gastrointestinal surgery.

Laura is passionate about evidence based nutrition for her clients. In 2013, Laura commenced work with PEN: Practice-based Evidence in Nutrition®, an international nutrition knowledge resource. On returning to Australia in 2016, Laura joined the team at Digestive Diseases Queensland where she has established a specialist dietitian clinic. Laura provides individual counselling to clients and has a particular interest in gastrointestinal conditions.
